When will I receive my licence key?
Usually within minutes of your payment being confirmed. The key is sent to your e-mail address and shown on your order page. In rare cases an order is checked manually for security, which can take up to 24 hours.
Which payment methods can I use?
Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and PayPal. Payments are processed on the providers’ secure pages; we never store your card details.
What if my key does not work?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number. We help you activate, and if the key is faulty we replace it or refund you in full.
Is the licence a one-time payment?
Licences marked “Lifetime licence” are a one-time payment. Subscription products show their term (for example 1 year) on the product page.
Where do your licences come from?
We buy from software distributors and from businesses selling surplus licences, and we keep a purchase record for every key. Read more on our licensing page.
